- Scope of Returns/Refunds
Our web design services are one-time purchases and generally do not involve traditional “physical returns.” However, refunds or cancellations are possible in the following situations:
The project has not yet begun design or development.
The client cancels the service at the early stages of the project (before substantive work begins).
The project is terminated by mutual agreement.
The project is seriously unable to be delivered according to the agreed requirements.
- Explanation of “Refundable After Opening” (Special Terms for Design Services)
Because web design is a digital product and a customized service, even if the project has begun (equivalent to “opening”):
The client can still request a refund.
Completed design or development costs will be deducted according to the progress of work.
Refunds or termination of service for unfinished portions can be negotiated.
The final refund amount will be assessed based on the amount of work completed.
We emphasize that even if the project has entered the production stage, we still support reasonable negotiation for refunds, rather than forcing completion.
- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not applicable in the following situations:
The project has been fully completed and delivered.
The client has confirmed acceptance.
The project has been delayed beyond the agreed deadline due to the client’s prolonged lack of response.
Delays or changes caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

Projects not yet started: Full refund available.
Projects in the design phase: Deduction of completed design fees.
Projects in the development phase: Fees deducted proportionally based on completion percentage.
Completed projects: Generally non-refundable.
